The Cell C Tour of South Africa stage race wheeling your way in February

Cell C is a proud sponsor of the 2011 Tour of South Africa (ToSA) cycle race. The UCI approved, 2.2 category, 8 day, 7 stage road race will take place in February 2011, beginning in Gauteng and ending in the winelands of Stellenbosch.

With South Africa’s now famous hospitality and its sunny weather, the ToSA is sure to become one of the highlights on the Global Cycling Calendar. The intention of the chosen route is to showcase the beauty of our country, enabling international guests and local travellers to continue to feel the warmth of South Africa and its people after the success of the World Cup.

The event is fully sanctioned by the UCI and supported by Cycling South Africa, the Department of Sport and Recreation and SASCOC.

The inaugural Tour of South Africa starts on Saturday, 19th February 2011 in Pretoria and ends on Saturday, 26th February in Paarl.

If you know of a worthy project that requires a sponsor we'd love to hear from you.

Please provide as much information as possible when submitting your sponsorship proposal, including your past experience, references and investment required.

Your proposal must be submitted at least 6 months prior to the start date of the proposed event or project in order to allow us to gather the resources needed. Expect a reply from Cell C in 3 months.
