Yes. When you make a call, you will be charged for the increment (based on your contract) and then thereafter charged on a per second basis. According to your package specifications, per second billing is offered after one minute, after thirty seconds or from the very first second.

Cell C sells directly to the customer and does not make use of agents.
| Can I move my CST Business to another site? |
Yes provided you fill out the appropriate application form and get Cell C's approval.
| Can I sell my CST business? |
You have to apply to Cell C for the sale of your business, as Cell C needs to conclude an agreement with the new owner.
| Does the purchase price include VAT? |
All the prices and costs quoted for CST products include Value Added Tax.

18 months after the first claim, the excess structure is rest back to R350 (Incl. VAT).

This cost is included with standard chatpack rates. There are no extra costs involved.

Only cellphones up to a maximum value of R5000 (incl. VAT) are covered.
- Are calls made after my phone was lost covered by the 'lifetime' insurance and warranty service?
The free insurance only covers the handset and SIM card replacement. Any calls made are not covered. Please ensure that you suspend your line as soon as possible.
- Can replacement phones be different models on the 'lifetime' insurance and warranty service?
Handsets will be replaced with equipment of similar specification, value and availability at the time of meeting the claim.
