- All prices shown include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Cell C RICA processes apply.
- Friends and Family service does not apply to Red Bull MOBILE customers.
- Included Messages consist of MMS and SMS.
- International Roaming is not applicable to Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers.
- Caller Line Presentation and Caller line Restriction shall be free for Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers.
- Premium Rated and International SMS's are excluded from the SMS bundle.
- International calls shall be charged at the applicable rate for the destination country / zone.
- SIM replacement shall be charged for as per current Cell C pricing. All Cell C pricing can be viewed at www.cellc.co.za or any Cell C stores.
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up package shall have USSD services like balance enquiry (*101#) and Please Call Me (*125* cellnumber#).
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers shall be able to recharge using all available recharge methods.
- Customers will be able to recharge using *102*PIN#
- Recharge vouchers will be Cell C branded.
- Data bundles may be purchased as per the current Cell C rules and pricing.
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will have the following Cell C services: Emergency services (112), Directory enquiry (146), SIM swap, Call waiting, Call barring, Call forwarding, Conference Call. These value added services rules are available at www.cellc.co.za
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will be allowed to send 7 “call me” messages (PCM) per day.
- Voice mailbox will be available to all Red Bull MOBILE customers.
- Customers from other mobile network operators shall be able to port into Red Bull MOBILE and vice versa.
- Customers will be able to carry over included airtime value to a maximum balance of 3 months of their monthly automatic recharge amount.
- Inclusive SMS's and MMS's allocated on a monthly basis function on a ‘use or lose’ basis.
- Customers will be allowed to migrate Upwards and Downwards within RBM packages, as per current Cell C rules and pricing.
- Cell C customers will be able to internal port from any Cell C package to a Red Bull MOBILE Contract package and vice versa. It is important that you understand that there may be a risk in porting in that if a Cell C customer ports to a Red Bull MOBILE top-up package, there is a possibility that such customer may lose their mobile number during the porting process. Internal port Terms and Conditions will apply. These Terms and Conditions can be found at www.redbullmobile.co.za or at a Cell C store.
- Customers account will be credited the respective amount of airtime, data and SMS on the 15th day of a calendar month. If a subscriber activates before the 15th of the month. e.g. on the 6th, his/her account should be credited on that day but will not be credited again on the 15th of that month but on the 15th of all subsequent months.
- All Red Bull MOBILE top-up packages will be billed on the 1st day of each calendar month and their bank accounts will be debited on the 23rd to 28th day of each calendar month.
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will be able to make use of the 140 IVR functionality or dial 084 1439140 from non-RBM devices.
- Red Bull MOBILE top- up customers will dial *147# to access the Red Bull MOBILE self-service USSD menu.
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will immediately access Red Bull MOBILE portal upon activation.
- Instant recharges shall be the same as Cell C’s instant recharges.
- Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will be able to purchase Cell C’s recharge vouchers at any Cell C
- Upon activation Red Bull MOBILE Top-up customers will be able to immediately access Red Bull MOBILE portal, provided they have a minimum balance of R1.
