Cell C is the network of choice for customers who switch
The customer is always right as the saying goes. And now there's been a study that proves it.
According to the 2010 Telco Innovation Study, conducted by advisory firm Innovation Agency, mobile users who are fed up with their network most often choose to switch to superfast
Cell C.
Of the 14% of respondents who switched telecommunications providers, a whopping 47% chose to subscribe to Cell C.
Business Live reports that while respondents cited a variety of reasons for swapping networks, disappointing customer service topped the list. Women were also more likely to switch than men, according to Innovation Agency.
