The Independent Communications Authority of SA (Icasa) recently released its 2010 FIFA World Cup Quality of Service (QoS) Report which provides an analysis of the quality of service at the World Cup stadiums. According to the report, Cell C's network performed the best at 2010 World Cup stadiums, followed by MTN and Vodacom.
