System Upgrade Status Report 2

Baldy again

We’ve worked past our last checkpoint, and I’m extremely proud to tell you we have a brand new customer care and billing system.

At the last update we had four things outstanding, and the good news is, we’ve managed to resolve two of those.

We only have two small issues that may cause you some frustration:

  1. Almost all the PC’s have been fixed and silent calls are nearly a thing of the past.
  2. Call centre agents still can’t send invoices by email, but these are still available from our website.
