Systems Upgrade temporarily affects prepaid recharges

Cell C is in the process of upgrading its IT infrastructure to improve service delivery to you.  

We are currently experiencing some issues with regards to prepaid data recharges and balances.  This is affecting a selected group only and we are working hard at resolving the problem. 

Cell C would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure ourcustomers that the issue is receiving our highest priority.

Update:

We are pleased to confirm that the data balances have been reset.We are working on resolving the issues around airtime and SMS bundles.
