Giga 100 Terms and Conditions
| 1. | All prices shown include VAT. | |
| 2. | On Giga 100 you will receive 100GB ANYTIME data. | |
| 3. | The Giga 100 package is ONLY for use on the Cell C Network. National roaming on the Vodacom network is not allowed on this product. | |
| 4. | Giga 100 is only applicable on the Cell C Internet APN (Blackberry APN is excluded). | |
| 5. | The Giga 100 offer is available for a once-off fee, which shall include: | |
| 5.1 | A Cell C data enabled SIM card; | |
| 5.2 | Anytime data, which shall be valid for 365 days | |
| 6. | The SIM card obtained when purchasing this data bundle offer may be used for non-data usage if such SIM is inserted into a handset. Non-data usage shall include SMS, voice calls and MMS. Non-data usage (voice, SMS and MMS) shall be billed as per the 99c for real tariff plan. | |
| 7. | The Cell C 99c For Real prepaid tariff plan and business rules apply. These can be found at www.cellc.co.za or at a Cell C store. | |
| 8. | All standard Terms and Conditions of Cell C (Pty) Ltd and Cell C Service Provider (Pty) Ltd apply. These Terms and Conditions can be found at www.cellc.co.za/about/documents or a Cell C store. | |
| 9. | Standard RICA process and business rules apply. These processes and business rules can be found at www.cellc.co.za/about/rica. | |

| 11. | The SIM shall be provisioned to access Cell C's HSPA+ network. | |
| 12. | Anytime Data (on the Cell C Network ONLY) will be deducted from the 100GB balance until it has been fully depleted OR the expiry date is reached (whichever should come first). | |
| 13. | The out of bundle rate per MB of DATA is 15c/MB. | |
| 14. | Data may not and cannot be transferred from one user to another or converted into Rand value. | |
| 15. | Upon expiration there shall be no rollover of unused data to the following year. | |
| 16. | Should the customer deplete his/her data allocation before the end of the 365 day validity period for the 100GB SIM, he/she can: | |
| a. | recharge with a Cell C SmartData voucher, | |
| b. | load a Cell C DATA bundle or | |
| c. | load and use airtime. | |
| 17. | Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Giga 100 offer should it be required to do as a result of and law or any changes to the law. In such event, it is important that all subscribers who have activated the Giga 100 offer understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Cell C and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Cell C, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants. | |
GigaNite Terms and Conditions
| Giganite introduces 2 new midnight DATA Bundles: 10GB @ R149 and 20GB @ R249 |

| 1. | GigaNite 10GB and GigaNite 20GB will only be available for use between midnight and 6am daily (i.e. 00:00:01 to 05:59:59). | |
| 2. | On GigaNite 10GB, you will receive 10GB of data and on GigaNite 20GB you will receive 20GB of data. | |
| 3. | You will be able to add on GigaNite 10GB or GigaNite 20GB to all SmartData Postpaid contracts (SmartData 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 5GB, 10GB and 20GB). | |
| 4. | GigaNite 10GB and GigaNite 20GB data bundles are not available as a standalone data offering. These data bundles must be added on one of the abovementioned SmartData Postpaid contracts. | |
| 5. | GigaNite 10GB shall cost R149/month in addition to the customer's SmartData monthly contract subscription. | |
| 6. | GigaNite 20GB shall cost R249/month in addition to the customer's SmartData monthly contract subscription. | |
| 7. | The prices stated above are inclusive of VAT. | |
| 8. | GigaNite data bundles are available as a recurring bundle (i.e. month-to-month). | |
| 9. | In the first month (i.e. month of activation) the volume of data and monthly subscription will be pro-rated. Thereafter subscriptions will be charged in advance. | |
| 10. | GigaNite 10GB and GigaNite 20GB data is allocated on activation and then on the first of every calendar month. | |
| 11. | The first months data will be pro-rated in-line with the number of days remaining in the month | |
| 12. | GigaNite 10GB and GigaNite 20GB data is valid from the 1st of the month until the last day of the calendar month (if activated prior to the first of the new month). | |
| 13. | Should the GigaNite data be depleted during the applicable hours, then | |
| 13.1 | any "anytime" data bundle will be depleted if available; | |
| 13.2 | If there is no other data bundle, the customer will be charged for out-of-bundle usage as per the package rate (visit www.cellc.co.za for these rates.) | |
| 14. | GigaNite is only applicable on the Cell C Internet APN (Blackberry APN is excluded). | |
| 15. | Customers will be able to view their data bundle balances via: | |

| 16. | Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the GigaNite offer should it be required to do so as a result of any law or any changes to the law. | 19.4 | Prepaid SmartData "contract" packages. | |

Giga 20 TopUp / Postpaid Terms and Conditions
| 1. | All prices shown include VAT. | |
| 2. | On Giga 20 you will receive 5GB peak data (6am to midnight) and 15GB midnight data (midnight and 6am). | |
| 3. | The Giga 20 package is ONLY for use on the Cell C Network. National roaming on the Vodacom network is not allowed on this product. | |
| 4. | Giga 20 is only applicable on the Cell C Internet APN (Blackberry APN is excluded). | |
| 5. | The Giga 20 offer is available as both a Postpaid and Top up offering and on a 12 month contract only | |
| 6. | Giga 20 Postpaid and Top up includes: | |
| 6.1 | A Cell C data enabled SIM card; | |
| 6.2 | 5GB peak data and 15GB midnight data, | |
| 7. | The first months subscription and inclusive data is prorated both peak and midnight data. | |

| 15. | Once the peak bundle is depleted: | |
| 15.1 | Additional peak data usage will be billed at 15c/MB | |
| 15.2 | This out-of-bundle usage will be billed to the customer at the end of the month | |
| 16. | Data may not and cannot be transferred from one user to another or converted into Rand value. | |
| 17. | Upon expiration there shall be no rollover of unused data to the following month | |
| 18. | The SIM card obtained when purchasing this data contract offer may be used for non-data usage if such SIM is inserted into a handset. Non-data usage shall include SMS, voice calls and MMS.Non-data usage (voice, SMS and MMS) shall be billed as per the Straight Up tariff plan | |
| 18.1 | On postpaid such usage will be billed to the customer's bill at the end of that calendar month | |
| 18.2 | On Top-Up the customer will need to recharge with Cell C airtime and usage will then be deducted from that airtime balance | |
| 19. | Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Giga 20 offer should it be required to do as a result of and law or any changes to the law. In such event, it is important that all subscribers who have activated the Giga 20 offer understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Cell C and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Cell C, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants. | |
Giga 200 Prepaid Terms and Conditions

| 2. | On Giga 200 you will receive 50GB Peak Data and 150GB Midnight data (i.e. between midnight and 6am). | |
| 3. | The Giga 200 package is ONLY for use on the Cell C Network. National roaming on the Vodacom network is not allowed on this product. | |
| 4. | Giga is only applicable on the Cell C Internet APN (Blackberry APN is excluded). | |
| 5. | The Giga 200 offer is available for a once-off fee, which shall include: | |

| 5.2 | 50GB peak data and 150GB midnight data, which shall be valid for 365 days | |

| c. | load and use airtime. | |
| 18. | Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Giga 200 offer should it be required to do as a result of and law or any changes to the law.
