Terms and Conditions for Activation Bonus:
- The Activation Bonus Promotion commences at 00h00 on 1 July 2011 and expires at 23h59 on 31 December 2011.
- Only pre-paid customers qualify for the Activation Bonus.
- Bonus airtime/SMS/MB received from Activation Bonus cannot be used for international calls/SMS/MMS/data as well as premium rated SMSs/Content.
- Rates are based on standard SMSs, flat call rates and in-bundle data rates.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT. As from 1 July 2011 all new prepaid customers will be eligible to receive a cumulative amount of R100 which will be allocated to customers over a 6 month period if they recharge with a minimum of R50 each month.
- In the event that a customer fails to qualify for the bonus in any given month, the next qualifying bonus will be awarded to the customer provided that the customer qualifies for such bonus.
- All recharge types qualify for the accumulation.
- 99c: All new pre-paid customers will be defaulted to the 99c per minute rate.
- The 99c per minute rate applies to Cell C to Cell C calls only, calls to other networks will be charged at R1.50 per minute.

- Airtime windows will extend when a voucher is loaded/activated (e.g. should a subscriber activate a voucher when they have a 40 day airtime window left, their airtime window will extend by 80 days, giving them a maximum of 120 days airtime window).
- A recharge confirmation message will be sent to you confirming the data allocated; the free Cell C to Cell C minutes; and free SMS's.
- No WOZA minutes are earned when recharging a voucher.
Usage
- All Cell C to Cell C minutes, SMS's and data usage, from the time of activation until expiry or depletion (whichever comes first) will be deducted from the balance of the voucher.
- Once a voucher is depleted, usage for Cell C to Cell C calls, SMS's and data must be deducted from the customer's airtime balance if applicable.
- Older vouchers are always depleted first.
- Cell C to Cell C calls, SMS's and data usage for controlchat customers must be shown on the controlchat bill even though it will not be rated but deducted from the balance of the bundle, where there is a balance.
- You can check your balance by dialling *101# on your handset and you will receive your SMS balance data balance and Cell C to Cell C minute balance.
- Customers can obtain their Cell C to Cell C minute balance, data balance and SMS balance by calling into Cell C's customer care line (140)
Validity & expiry
- The 100 Cell C to Cell C minutes, 100 SMS, 100 MB voucher has a 30 day validity period from the date of activation.
- The 200 Cell C to Cell C minutes, 200 SMS, 200 MB voucher has a 30 day validity period from the date of activation.
- The 500 Cell C to Cell C minutes, 500 SMS, 500 MB voucher has a 60 day validity period from the date of activation.
- The voucher will expire at 23h59:59 on the 30th day and the 60th day respectively.
- The voucher does not automatically renew.
- Should you wish to receive the benefits of the voucher mentioned above, you will be required to purchase a new voucher on expiry or depletion.
- Purchased vouchers cannot be cancelled (i.e. customers cannot purchase vouchers and then call in to ask for a refund or cancellation.)
- Multiple vouchers are allowed: If you load another voucher whilst your current one is still valid, the new data voucher will have its own expiry date for the Cell C to Cell C minutes, SMS's and data.
Rating and charging
Data:
- Charges shall be rounded up to the nearest cent per session.
- For any session, the first incremental minimal charge will be 2cents.
- If the allocated bundle is depleted prior to the expiration date, ongoing data usage will be charged at the rate applicable to the tariff plan.
Cell C to Cell C minutes:
- Cell C to Cell C minutes are rated on a per minute basis no matter what tariff plan you are on (i.e. if you are on a per-second tariff, we will bill you per minute).
- Cell C to Cell C calls are anytime (i.e. peak or off-peak).
- If the allocated Cell C to Cell C minutes are depleted prior to the expiration date, ongoing Cell C to Cell C calls will be charged at call rates applicable to your tariff plan.
SMS's:
- The SMS's can be used during peak and off-peak periods to any local destination.
- If the allocated SMS's are depleted prior to the expiration date, SMS's sent will be charged at SMS rates applicable to your tariff plan.
General
- The following are excluded from the voucher:
- calls to premium rated numbers (for the Cell C to Cell C minute bundle).
- calls to ALL numbers that are roaming internationally (for the Cell C to Cell C minute bundle)
- post paid subscribers
- premium rated SMS's (for the SMS bundle)
- SMS's to ALL numbers that are roaming internationally
- The call centre will be able to assist customers with general queries regarding vouchers.
- Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the vouchers should it be required to do as a result of and law or any changes to the law. In such event, it is important that all subscribers who have activated the vouchers understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Cell C and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Cell C, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.

- The 3GB Smartdata SIM is available from 1 June 2011.
- The 3GB Smartdata SIM is available for a once-off fee of R399, which shall include:
- a Cell C prepaid data enabled SIM card;
- 3GB data, which shall be valid for 365 days.
- All prices shown include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- All standard Terms and Conditions of Cell C (Pty) Ltd and Cell C Service Provider (Pty) Ltd apply.
- The standard Cell C Easy Chat rules apply.
- The 3GB Smartdata SIM may be purchased by customers of all service providers, including Cell C SP and XSP (Nashua Mobile and Altech Autopage).
- The SIM shall be provisioned to access the HSPA+ network.
- Upon expiration there shall be no rollover of unused data to the following month or year.

- The Recharge Rewards Promotion commences at 00h00 on 1 July 2011 and expires at 23h59 on 31 December 2011.

- Bonus airtime/SMS/MB received from Recharge Rewards cannot be used for international calls/SMS/MMS/data as well as premium rated SMSs/Content.
- In order to qualify for the promotion you need to subscribe to one of Cell C's prepaid plans, RICA and recharge your account with a minimum value of R50 (fifty rand) in 1 (one) calendar week.
- A 'calendar week' means a period of 7 (seven) consecutive days commencing at 00h00 on Sunday and ending at 23h59 on the following Sunday.
- Cumulative recharges in each respective calendar week do apply.
- If you recharge with R50 (fifty rand) you receive 50 (fifty) free SMSs and 500 (five hundred) free MB.
- If you recharge with R70 (seventy rand) you receive 70 (seventy) free SMSs and 700 (Seven hundred) free MB.
- If you recharge with R80 (Eighty rand) you receive 80 (Eighty) free SMSs and 800 (Eight hundred) free MB.
- If you recharge with R100 (one hundred rand) you receive 100 (one hundred) free SMSs and 1000 (one thousand) free MB.
- Free minutes shall only apply to voice calls made to other Cell C customers, and no international calls.

Welcome Bonus 25 Terms and Conditions: How it works:

Terms and Conditions:
- The Welcome Bonus 25 promotion commences on 1 February 2012 and shall expire on 31 March 2012 ("Promotion Period"). In the event that Cell C terminates the Welcome Bonus 25 promotion before 31 March 2012 or extends the promotion period, Cell C will notify you.
- Only NEW Pre-paid customers qualify for this Welcome Bonus 25 promotion
- New Community Service Telephony Prepaid activations are NOT eligible for the Welcome Bonus 25 promotion.
- Customers have to make their first recharge with an amount of R25 or more to qualify for the Welcome Bonus 25 promotion.
- PLEASE NOTE: cumulative recharges do not apply to the Welcome Bonus 25 promotion.In other words, if you recharge with R10 and R15 airtime which accumulates to R25, you will not qualify for the Welcome Bonus 25 promotion.
- All recharge types qualify for the Welcome Bonus 25 promotion.
- The bonus SMSs, MB and Cell C to Cell C minutes CANNOT be used for international usage or premium rated SMSs

- In the event of any dispute, Cell C's decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
