• The monthly fee payable by customers for a 24 month contract shall be R149.00 (incl. VAT) per month for the RMB 100 package and R249.00 (incl. VAT) per month for the RMB 200 package.
• Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers will be able to access the Red Bull MOBILE portal (m.redbullmobile.co.za) which will contain Red Bull content. This will be at no cost to the customer, but subject to a fair usage clause as stipulated in the Subscriber Agreement that all Red Bull MOBILE Postpaid customers have to sign.
• The Red Bull MOBILE contract packages will be sold via Cell C stores only.
• Cell C customers will be able to internal port from any Cell C package to a Red Bull MOBILE Contract package and vice versa.  It is important that you understand that there may be a risk in porting in that if a Cell C customer ports to a Red Bull MOBILE contract package, there is a possibility that such customer may lose their mobile number during the porting process.  Internal port Terms and Conditions will apply.  These Terms and Conditions can be found at www.redbullmobile.co.za or at a Cell C store.
• Standard Cell C connection fees and SIM card fees apply.  This once-off connection fee is currently R114.00 and is mandatory on all contracts.
• Itemised billing is optional.  Should the Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers elect to have itemised billing, it shall be chargeable as per the current Cell C pricing (currently R21.50 p/m).
• Caller Line Identity Presentation (CLIP) and Caller Line Identity Restriction (CLIR) shall be free for Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers.
• Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers are permitted to activate international roaming, subject to current Cell C rules and processes.  These rules and processes can be found at www.cellc.co.za/about/documents or at a Cell store.
• It is specifically recorded that premium rated and international SMSs are excluded from the SMS bundle and international calls are excluded from in-bundle minutes.
• Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers will be allowed to send 7 “Please Call Me” messages per day.
• Unused included minutes will roll over for 3 months.
• Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers may sign up for C-Cover handset cover, which shall be subject to the current rules and pricing applicable to C-Cover. These Terms and Conditions can be found at http://cellc.co.za/services/c-cover.
• Deal offers are valid while stock lasts.
• Cell C Service Provider may vary all or any of its charges from time to time by publishing an amended tariff plan and informing Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers in writing of these changes.  In the event that Cell C Service Provider decides to vary the charges, Red Bull MOBILE will notify you 20 working days before the charges are varied.  Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers will have the option to cancel their contract in those 20 working days if they do not agree to the changes.
• All Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers who are in month 22 of a 24-month contract will be entitled to upgrade their mobile phone.  The upgrade will only take effect if the Red Bull MOBILE Contract customer has agreed to the upgrade and the upgrade application has been accepted by Red Bull MOBILE. 
• Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers will be able to make use of the Red Bull MOBILE Call Centre and Interactive Voice Recording (IVR) functionality by dialing 140 from a Red Bull MOBILE device, or by calling  084 1439 140 from any other  device.
• Red Bull and Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these Terms and Conditions on notice to Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers or to withdraw the Red Bull MOBILE  contract  package should it be required as a result of any changes to the law.  In such cases, it is important that all Red Bull MOBILE Contract customers understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Red Bull and/or Cell C and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Red Bull and Cell C, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.

• Customers will be able to recharge using *102*PIN# 
• Recharge vouchers will be Cell C branded.
• Data bundles may be purchased as per the current Cell C rules and pricing.
• Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will have the following Cell C services: Emergency services (112), Directory enquiry (146), SIM swap, Call waiting, Call barring, Call forwarding, Conference Call. These value added services rules are available at www.cellc.co.za
• Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will be allowed to send 7 “call me” messages (PCM) per day.
• Voice mailbox will be available to all Red Bull MOBILE customers.  
• Customers from other mobile network operators shall be able to port into Red Bull MOBILE and vice versa.
• Customers will be able to carry over included airtime value to a maximum balance of 3 months of their monthly automatic recharge amount.
• Inclusive SMSs and MMSs allocated on a monthly basis function on a ‘use or lose’ basis.
• Customers will be allowed to migrate Upwards and Downwards within RBM packages, as per current Cell C rules and pricing.

• Customers account will be credited the respective amount of airtime, data and SMS on the 15th day of a calendar month. If a subscriber activates before the 15th of the month. e.g. on the 6th, his/her account should be credited on that day but will not be credited again on the 15th of that month but on the 15th of all subsequent months.
• All Red Bull MOBILE top-up packages will be billed on the 1^st day of each calendar month and their bank accounts will be debited on the 23rd to 28th day of each calendar month.
• Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will be able to make use of the 140 IVR functionality or dial 084 1439140 from non-RBM devices.
• Red Bull MOBILE top- up customers will dial *147# to access the Red Bull MOBILE self-service USSD menu. 
• Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will immediately access Red Bull MOBILE portal upon activation.
• Instant recharges shall be the same as Cell C’s instant recharges.
• Red Bull MOBILE top-up customers will be able to purchase Cell C’s recharge vouchers at any Cell C
• Upon activation Red Bull MOBILE Top-up customers will be able to immediately access Red Bull MOBILE portal, provided they have a minimum balance of R1.

• Customers shall be able to purchase Cell C’s data bundles and Cell C data vouchers.
• Red Bull MOBILE prepaid data customers should be able to immediately access the Red Bull MOBILE portal via the speed stick interface.
• Red Bull and Cell C reserves the right at any time to vary these Terms and Conditions on notice to Red Bull MOBILE Data customers to withdraw the Red Bull MOBILE contract package should it be required to do as a result of and law or any changes to the law.
