Applicability:

• The vouchers are available as VIRTUAL vouchers only.
• They can be purchased and activated by all active RICA compliant pre-paid and control chat customers.
• Available at all participating outlets.

Activation method:

• After purchasing the voucher, to load simply press *102* and the 13 digit recharge PIN followed by # and then press yes/ok.
• Customers can purchase and load more than one “All In One Voucher” at a time.
• Customers must be provisioned for 3G to successfully activate any of the above bundles.

Usage:
Customers can check their data balance via USSD (*101#).The following will be displayed:

• On-net min balance
• SMS balance
• Data balance
