- Request for caller's full name and staff number.
- Record the number you are called from.
Please also note:
- You can call Cell C back for free from your Cell C number on 084 135 to verify and authenticate.
- Cell C will not verify authenticity via WhatsApp by sharing images of prizes or events.
- Do not share personal information like ID, banking details or address until you have verified authenticity
Cell C Fibre customers will not receive free daily plays, but you will be automatically entered into the weekly Millionaire Prize Draws.
- If you are one of our Cell C Millionaire winners, we will contact you directly on your Cell C number to let you know.
- If you win one of our instant daily voucher prizes, your prize will be immediately allocated to you with instructions on how to use it.
