How to do a Balance Enquiry

There are quite a few requests to our call centre with customers asking for advice on how to do balance enquiries.

Please note the methods for prepaid and contract below:

• Prepaid: dial *101# and press send or the green button
• Contract: sms BALANCE to 14302, or call *147#, option 3 If you still need further assistance, please dial 140.
