SmartData plans are built for heavy internet users and remote workers who need large amounts of data at an affordable monthly price. Each plan includes Anytime Data for everyday use, plus Nite Data-bonus data usable between midnight and 5am-giving you even more value. A TopUp limit keeps you in control, so you never get hit with unexpected bills. Plans start from 50GB and go up to 200GB.

Yes - porting your number to Cell C is simple, and you won't lose your existing mobile number. Whether you're moving from another network on a contract or prepaid, you can bring your number with you. Once your port is processed, your new Cell C contract is active, and your old number carries right over.

A SIM-only contract gives you all the benefits of an Elevate or SmartData plan - data, voice minutes, and SMS - without including a device. Because you're not financing a phone, your monthly premium stays lower. It's ideal if you're happy with the phone you already own, want to upgrade your device separately, or simply prefer more flexibility. You still get the same network quality and plan features as a full device contract.

Bolt-On bundles let you top up your Elevate contract plan with extra data, voice minutes, or other services whenever you need them. They're designed to be flexible - so if you run low on data before month-end or need more calling minutes for a busy period, you can add a Bolt-On through the Cell C app or online at any time, without changing your core contract.

When your contract is due for an upgrade, you can request one online, by calling us on 084 145, or by visiting your nearest Cell C store. Upgrading lets you move to a newer device or a better plan - or both. Our team will walk you through the options available to you based on your current contract status.
