Step 1: Get a Cell C SupaBonus or Home Connecta starter pack in-store. Rica your new sim in-store or online.

Step 2: Port your number on Cell C WhatsApp -084 444 0040

Step 3: Verify the number you gave us

Step 4: Once your number transfers, any remaining data and voice bundles will no longer be available

Switch to Cell C

Step 1: SMS your 12 digit Rica serial number to 084 767 8287

Step 2: Wait for a SMS from your network provider and respond to the SMS with the OTP or click on the link

Step 3: Your port will be ported within 24-48 hours depending on when you requested the port (keep an eye on your network as soon as it drops your port will be completed).

Step 1: Provide us with the 12 digit Rica serial number (needs to be Rica'd). Please note: You can only access the switch page on your mobile phone.

Step 2: Give us the number you want to switch.

Step 3: Verify the number you gave us

Step 4: Your switch will be completed within 24-48 hours depending on when you requested it (keep an eye on your network. As soon as it drops your port will be completed).
