To activate Home Connecta Flexi, you need to buy a new Cell C SIM first. Insert the SIM into a cellphone to request a migration to the LTE tariff plan by dialing: *147# > My Account > Change tariff > Home Connector Flexi.
You will receive on-screen confirmation that migration was successful. The migration process is immediate, and you will be able to load airtime or purchase a bundle on cellc.co.za, the Cell C app, or by dialing *147*LTE# and via WhatsApp by saying "Hello" to 084 4440040.
While the SIM is in the phone download the Cell C APP. Open the APP and register the number. You will receive an OTP as security confirmation. You can also link your new SIM number to your current Cell C number for ease of management of your data. After registration you can insert the SIM into your LTE router and enjoy.
Simply, these are prepaid bundles exclusively available for Cell C's Home Connecta Flexi tariff plan. Home Connecta Flexi data can only be used with an LTE device and where there is Cell C LTE network coverage.
The Home Connecta Flexi data bundles include both Anytime data and Nite data. Nite data is a portion of your data bundle that can be used from 00:00 to 04:59:59 daily. In addition to data, Home Connecta Flexi data & voice bundles include AnyNet and On-Net minutes.
Inclusive value is available to use for 30 days or 14 days, depending on the bundle you choose. Each bundle's validity is presented on the channels through which they can be purchased. Extend unused data for a limited period of time by dialling *147#, then select My Account and Data Bundle Roll Over.
Home Connecta is designed for use in a fixed location and will perform at its best when used as such. Cell C accepts no responsibility for poor LTE network coverage or signal reliability if Home Connecta Flexi is used outside of a fixed LTE coverage area. Once the Home Connecta Flexi tariff plan has been activated, purchase the bundles using the following channels:
Buy as many bundles as you need. The bundle with the earliest expiry will be used first.. Home Connecta Flexi data or voice can't be transferred to other Cell C users.
Only customers that are on the Home Connecta Flexi tariff plan will be able to buy Home Connecta Flexi bundles.

Only new Cell C SIMs can migrate to Home Connecta Flexi. SIMs that have been active on the Cell C network for more than 10 days are unable to migrate to the Home Connecta Flexi tariff plan. When migrating to Home Connecta Flexi, existing benefits will be forfeited, with the exception of airtime. Airtime will be carried over and can be used to purchase Home Connecta Flexi bundles. To migrate to the Home Connecta tariff plan, dial:
*147# > My Account > Change tariff > Select 'Home Connector Flexi'

Cell C LTE/ LTE-A network is supported primarily on the 1800MHz and 2300MHz radio frequency spectrum band only with fallback to Cell C Mobile 3G networks for voice only.
