Frequently asked questions

Any unused data, minutes or SMS's on your current plan at the time of migration will be carried over, and you'll get them along with your new plan's inclusive value.

Don't worry, any active bundles or services will be carried over onto your new plan.

We think you'll like your new plan, but if for any reason you don't, please contact our call centre and we'll assist you with moving to a new plan of your choice. If you're still not happy you may cancel your contract under the normal terms and conditions as stated in the subscriber agreement.
