CELL C BILL FAQ
You can now view your eStatement as an interactive bill by accessing it online on your smartphone or through the InfoSlips desktop viewer. Watch this video to understand how to open and navigate your bill and gain access to all the benefits of eBilling.
You can register for eBilling on our website under Self Service or the Cell C App or by calling the Call Centre on 084 135.
The requirements for your password may differ depending on your account type:
- Individual customers: use your ID number
- Business customers: use your company registration number
Your details captured on our system could be incorrect or even outdated, please contact the Call Centre on 084 135 or go into a Cell C store to update your details.
Your eStatement, in InfoSlips format, can only be opened by Internet Explorer 9 and upwards. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-za/download/internet-explorer.aspx to download the latest IE version. eStatements can also be viewed on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari and Mozilla Firefox.
The icon of the attachment in your email must be green. If it isn’t, you will need to install the Infoslips Desktop Viewer. Install the software by clicking on the “Install our Desktop Viewer” button in the email.
Your Internet Explorer version is not supported by InfoSlips. You will need to update your Internet Explorer in order to download the Desktop Viewer. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-za/download/internet-explorer.aspx to download the latest IE version, or download the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari and Mozilla Firefox.
In the body of the email, you can select ‘View your InfoSlips Online’ which is also compatible with all platforms, operating systems, smartphones and tablets.
There could have been a debit or credit memo applied on your account after your Cell C eStatement was generated. This may have resulted in difference in amounts being displayed.
