CELL C BILL FAQ
You can register for eBilling on our website under Self Service or the Cell C App or by calling the Call Centre on 084 135. Alternatively, you can access your bill at any time via the Cell C App.
The requirements for your password may differ depending on your account type:
- Individual customers: use your ID number or passport number
- Business customers: use your account number
Your details captured on our system could be incorrect or even outdated, please contact the Call Centre on 084 135 or go into a Cell C store to update your details.
To view the PDF, all you need to have is Adobe Reader installed on your computer or device. If you do not have it installed or cannot open the attachment, go to: https://get.adobe.com/reader and follow the quick and simple instructions on the Adobe website.
There could have been a debit or credit memo applied on your account after your Cell C eStatement was generated. This may have resulted in difference in amounts being displayed. Should you have any queries with your account or invoice, contact us at email@example.com within 30 days from the date of your invoice.
