Depletion Rules for Prepaid promotions/tariff plans

EasyChat/EPIC bundles
The following depletion sequence will apply to customers on the EasyChat tariff plan that purchase an EPIC Bundle:
- Any campaign values that are received by the customer from Cell C will be depleted first.i.e. any free voice minutes, SMS or Data given as a result of a campaign run by Cell C;
- Second, the EPIC Minute bundle followed by, the All in One voucher if applicable;
- Thereafter the EPIC Weekend bundle if applicable;
- Emergency Airtime will then be depleted should the customer have an Emergency Airtime credit; and
- Finally any Prepaid airtime that is recharged by the customer will be consumed.

MegaBonus
The following depletion sequence will apply to customers on the MegaBonus Tariff plan.
Data depletion sequence
- Any campaign values that are received by the customer from Cell C will be depleted first.i.e. any free voice minutes, SMS or Data given as a result of a campaign run by Cell C;
- Second the All in One voucher if applicable
- Followed by any data bundles that may be available (Depending on the data usage whether Nite data or anytime data the relevant wallets will be depleted if applicable for data usage).
- Thereafter MegaBonus bonus airtime will be depleted for any on-net voice, SMS or data usage.
- Emergency Airtime will then be depleted should the customer have an Emergency Airtime credit; and
- Finally any Prepaid airtime that is recharged by the customer will be consumed.

- Any campaign values that are received by the customer from Cell C will be depleted first.i.e. any free voice minutes, SMS or Data given as a result of a campaign run by Cell C;
- Second the All in One Voucher if applicable.
- Thereafter MegaBonus bonus airtime will be depleted for any on-net voice, SMS or data usage.
- Emergency Airtime will then be depleted should the customer have an Emergency Airtime credit; and
- Finally any Prepaid airtime that is recharged by the customer will be consumed.
SMS depletion sequence
- Any campaign values that are received by the customer from Cell C will be depleted first.i.e. any free voice minutes, SMS or Data given as a result of a campaign run by Cell C;
- Second the All in One Voucher if applicable.
- Followed by an SMS Bundle if applicable.
- Thereafter MegaBonus bonus airtime will be depleted for any on-net voice, SMS or data usage.
- Emergency Airtime will then be depleted should the customer have an Emergency Airtime credit; and
- Finally any Prepaid airtime that is recharged by the customer will be consumed

SUPACHARGE
If the customer has an existing data bundle, All-In-One voucher value or other promotional Cell C to Cell C minutes or SMSs, in addition to the bonus benefits, the SUPACHARGE bonus balances will be used first when making a Cell C to Cell C call, sending a Cell C to Cell C SMS or using data.
